The Theme of Your Year Belongs to You

As we step into a new year, I want to pause and honor what has been—and intentionally create space for what’s becoming. 2025 marked the close of a meaningful chapter. It was a year of wins, growth, and important shifts. I launched HallMark of Excellence Consulting LLC, expanded my work across educational leadership and life/success coaching, and experienced a deeper sense of peace by choosing progress over perfection. I learned to honor rest as a strategy, grounded in my 2025 theme: Intentional Balance.

Now, 2026 brings fresh starts and renewed hope. This year, I’m anchoring my work and life in two guiding themes: Calm and Anchored and Loved and Led. These themes remind me to move with clarity rather than urgency, to lead from a place of alignment, and to trust the direction unfolding—even when the path isn’t fully visible.

This year, we’re moving beyond resolutions and into execution. The real work is in the “How”—the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly systems that turn vision into action and goals into attainment.

In the weeks ahead, we’ll host coaching sessions focused specifically on building those systems. More details will be shared soon via email, text, and the HallMark of Excellence Consulting LLC website, launching January 11th. Here’s to honoring the past, staying grounded in the present, and moving forward—calm, anchored, loved, and led.

With intention,

Dr. Takesha Winn
