The first is school leadership development and success, partnering with principals and school leaders to strengthen systems, build leadership capacity, and drive measurable campus outcomes. The second is life coaching success, supporting individuals in strategically designing their lives through productivity coaching, goal attainment, and health and wellness alignment. While the contexts may differ, the approach remains the same: strategic thinking that leads to purposeful action and lasting success.
Founded and led by Dr. Takesha Winn, HallMark of Excellence Consulting is rooted in a passion for helping people thrive. Dr. Winn brings years of experience coaching leaders and individuals to move from vision to execution with confidence and clarity. Known for her authentic, intentional, and clear coaching approach, she partners closely with clients to create practical systems, elevate performance, and support growth that is both sustainable and aligned to their goals.
